Brent Jacobs, Executive Director

Brent is a managing director of the C&W Global Life Sciences Practice Group, and has been with Burnham Real Estate for 25 years. Brent is the founder of the San Diego life sciences practice, formerly under Burnham Real Estate, and has been an active and passionate supporter of the local life science industry since the early days of Hybritech. Regularly the market leader in laboratory transactions, he has leased and sold over 15 million square feet in his career, at a value of over $5 billion in transactions.

A founder of BIOCOM, Brent is highly involved in the local life sciences community. He is a board member and co-chair of the Facilities Committee at BIOCOM, and he also holds board positions at the Burnham Institute and the San Diego Fleet Museum. Brent is a published author, an authority on life sciences real estate, and a trusted friend and advisor to the life sciences community.

Greg Bisconti, Senior Director

Greg is a life sciences specialist with over with over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, having dedicated the latter portion of his career exclusively to laboratory sales and leasing. Starting with C&W as an office sales and leasing broker in downtown San Francisco, Greg developed substantial experience in the underwriting, leasing and sales of office and technology transactions. Since coming to San Diego, he has transacted over 3 million square feet of laboratory leases and sales, recently ranking at C&W's #3 broker in San Diego, and a recipient of a 2008 Service Excellence Award as well as the 2000 Deal of the Year Award for the CNET San Francisco campus.

Greg has leased or sold over 5 million square feet of commercial product, valued at over a billion dollars. He also brings an exceptional level of analytical experience to the team. With a firm basis in financial analysis and corporate advisory, he serves as an impartial real estate advisor to maximize his clients' facility utilization and value. Greg is is a board member of the American Liver Foundation (San Diego Chapter) and is highly active in BIOCOM, CONNECT, and the San Diego Venture Group.

Ted Jacobs, Associate

Ted is a supporting member to the Cushman & Wakefield Life Science Group. Ted earned a degree in Entrepreneurship from the Kelley School of Business and in Management from the School of SPEA at Indiana University, and has years of exposure of the life sciences industry via his father, Brent. Ted assists in the day-to-day marketing and reporting efforts of the team, as well as field level activities. Ted is active in BIOCOM and holds a board position at the San Diego Entrepreneurs Exchange (SDEE).

Allison Gibson, Client Coordinator

Allison is a supporting member of the C&W GLSP, recently rejoining Cushman & Wakefield after a short time in Colorado. Prior to that, Allison joined Cushman and Wakefield in 2006, also working then, with the Life Sciences Group. Allison graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Architecture.

With over 6 years experience in both the Commercial and Residential Real Estate industries, Allison is instrumental in the marketing process, client service, and overseeing the overall process and organization of the group. She currently holds a California Real Estate License.
